The size specific alignment clamps help ensure that the pipes are correctly aligned and held securely in place during the electrofusion process. The lightweight aluminum body has an easy to operate latching mechanism that restrains tough to handle pipe preventing potential pullback or movement during the fusion and cooling time.

The stainless steel needle valve lock works with 1/4” through 1/2” tubing sizes and accepts various locks. Added holes allow for additional lock out / tag out options.

These mechanically enhanced plungers have an ergo or standard handle design in either a heavy duty or utility version. The plunger rods are made of steel or fiberglass, and have a 52” probe depth. Designed with an oversized tip to make retraction easier. Handle coated with PVC for up to 10,000 volt shock resistance.

Each model clamps four pipe sizes without needing inserts, and secures PE pipe during the electrofusion process. Each model includes a two foot dovetail bar and two clamps.

The brackets are typically used to support large industrial meters or large multiple meter sets. All brackets are powder coated to ensure long life and maintenance free service. Custom sizes and options are available.
