Warranty Information

Cumberland Products warrants all products sold to be free from manufacturing and material defects prior to first use and up to 10 days after date of shipment.  Upon written notice by the buyer of such failure, any of the products that are found by Cumberland Products to be defective or to malfunction in respect to its performance, Cumberland Products will replace the product or issue a credit invoice for the same value, at our option, to the buyer.

WARRANTY SHIPPING & RETURNS: Warranty for all products sold applies when returned freight is prepaid for the materials which, upon examination, shall disclose to have been defective. This warranty does not apply to any materials which has been repaired or altered by anyone other than Cumberland Products prior to the initial usage of the materials or has become damaged due to misuse, negligence or casualty, or has not been operated or maintained according to Cumberland Products printed instructions and warnings prior to the first usage.
