Returns
Engineered Energy Products requires a return merchandise authorization (RMA) for all goods returned to Engineered Energy Products. Returns to our location will be refused unless they are pre-approved and include a valid RMA form included with the shipment and noted on the outside of the package. 
Only new, unused merchandise with manufacturing defects are eligible for return and the return request must be made within 10 days of shipment from our location. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. Customer is responsible for all freight.
In the event of a shipping error on the part of Engineered Energy Products, we will ship the proper item to the customer at no additional freight charge and will issue a call tag for the return of the item. Upon receipt of the returned item, a credit will be issued.  RMA approval requests can be sent to sales@cumberlandtools.com.

Sales Tax
Applicable state and local sales tax will be added to every order delivered to addresses in MN and WI. If your organization is tax-exempt, please contact us directly for purchase.  Please be advised that a tax exemption form is required upon purchase.

Safety Standards
Products sold by Engineered Energy Products are designed to meet U.S. safety standards and regulations. The purchaser assumes all responsibility for compliance with all local safety standards and regulations in the purchaser’s localities in which the products will be shipped, sold, and/or used.

We will not share your personal or credit card information with any outside 3rd parties.
